Winnie Che is an experienced real estate and asset management professional with a strong background across property investment, portfolio management, retail development, leasing, placemaking, and sustainability. She is currently a Senior Manager, Portfolio at Swire Properties, where she is associated with Pacific Place, Hong Kong.

With a career spanning over a decade in the real estate sector, Winnie has worked with leading organizations including Swire Properties, Phoenix Property Investors, and MTR Corporation Limited. Her experience covers both investment and operational aspects of real estate, including asset management, leasing strategy, property development, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio performance.

Prior to Swire Properties, Winnie held asset management roles at Phoenix Property Investors, progressing from Manager – Asset Management to Senior Manager – Asset Management. She also spent over seven years at MTR Corporation Limited, where she gained cross-departmental exposure across investment property, property management, sales and marketing, and corporate relations. Her early professional experience also includes roles with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Horwath HTL, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, giving her a valuable foundation in hospitality, real estate research, and customer-focused property environments.

Winnie holds a Master of Philosophy in Land Economy – Planning, Growth and Regeneration from the University of Cambridge, where she was associated with Queens’ College and recognized as a Hong Kong Scholar. She also holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Surveying from The University of Hong Kong, where she graduated with Distinction, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from CUHK Business School, where she graduated with First Class/First grade recognition. She also studied Hotel Administration at Cornell University as a visiting student and was recognized on the Dean’s List.
