Sachi Shah

Sachi Shah is a partnerships, sustainability, and social impact professional with over a decade of experience across international development, environmental sustainability, ESG, program design, and systems change. Her work focuses on building strategic relationships, developing impactful programs, and helping mission-driven organizations create measurable social and environmental outcomes.

She is currently the Regional Partnerships Manager – Asia Pacific at WRAP, where she works on partnerships that support social and environmental impact. Her professional journey has included roles across the UK, India, Malawi, and the United States, giving her a strong global perspective on sustainability, development, and community-led change.

Sachi has worked with organizations including WRAP, Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Natural Environment Partnership, Aavishkaar Group, Global Health Corps, The Rockefeller Foundation, and Groundwork Hudson Valley. Her experience spans environmental policy, nature recovery strategy, ESG and impact measurement, social enterprise, circular economy, public health, fundraising, and strategic communications.

As Founder and Director of Truss Group, Sachi helped build and scale a business in Malawi that manufactured construction materials from plastic waste, combining entrepreneurship with sustainability and circular economy principles. She has also advised on ESG performance and impact measurement for investment portfolios, co-authored impact reporting, and supported program delivery in education, health, and community development.

Sachi holds an MPhil in Planning, Growth and Regeneration from the University of Cambridge, with a focus on urban planning and environmental systems. She also completed the IB Diploma at Mahindra United World College of India, reflecting her long-standing international and interdisciplinary outlook.
